Inflatable rides in Ohio are regulated by the Amusement Ride Division of the Department of Agriculture.

Section 901:9-1-06 of the Ohio Administrative Code requires one trained operator over 16 years of age per inflatable ride during its operation. Operation of inflatable rides is simple, but as owners of these inflatables, Rent A Jumpy has an obligation to ensure you as the renter are properly trained as an operator. Safety is first and foremost with inflatable rides.  A trained operator will ensure the ride is operated safely and no one is injured on the ride.

To complete your training as an operator of an inflatable amusement ride you must:

1. Download the PDF file below. It contains the Rental Agreement, the Liability Waiver and the Operator Training form. You must sign all three forms and email or fax it back to us. (Yes, you agreed to the Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver when you completed the reservation, but this provides a printed version to you and allows you to sign the actual document.)

2. Read and understand the entire document. If you have any questions, please call us immediately at 937-552-9008 option 3.

3. Sign the all the forms and email or fax them back to us.
